Two recent randomised trials have found that eating more toward the end of the day increases appetite and may reduce energy expenditure.
In a post discussing the findings of two recently published randomized controlled trials (RCTs), longevity specialist Dr Peter Attia said both studies provide further evidence supporting the idea that snacking close to bedtime is unwise for those aiming to lose fat mass or keep it off.
